Samtycke

Härmed godkänner jag att mina personuppgifter registreras och behandlas vid hantering och besvarande av mina frågeställningar och/eller bokningar. Lämnade uppgifter kommer att vara tillgängliga för personal inom Varpsund Arena AB (”Varpsund Arena”) i enlighet med EU:s Dataskyddsförordningen (2018), GDPR.

Behandling av personuppgifter

Uppgifterna som du lämnar i fråge- eller bokningsformuläret registreras för Varpsund Arenas räkning i Varpsund Arenas IT-system.

Vad ska uppgifterna användas till?

Varpsund Arena använder uppgifterna för att hantera din förfrågan och/eller bokning. Din fråga, bokning och kontaktuppgifter kommer hanteras av Varpsund Arena in i samband med hantering av din frågeställning och/eller bokning.

Vem kan ta del av uppgifterna?

Lämnade uppgifter kommer att vara tillgängliga för relevant personal verksamma inom Varpsund Arena.

Om du har skyddad identitet ska du kontakta den kontaktperson som finns angiven på hemsidan. Du bör även vara aktsam om vilken information du delar. Delge därför endast information som är relevant för den aktuella frågeställningen och/eller bokningen.

Du har rätt att få veta vilka uppgifter Varpsund Arena har om dig

Du har rätt att få information om vilka uppgifter Varpsund Arena har om dig i form av ett registerutdrag. Du kan även begära att vi rättar felaktiga uppgifter eller raderar information om dig. Du har också rätt att dra tillbaka ditt samtycke för att vi behandlar dina personuppgifter. Vi kommer då att ta bort dina frågeställningar och/eller bokningar samt radera de personuppgifter som är associerade med dina frågeställningar och/eller bokningar i våra system.

GDPR POLICY

Varpsund Arena is committed to protecting your privacy and to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Throughout this Privacy Policy the term “personal data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (i.e. a natural person). “Varpsund Arena” refers to Varpsund Arena AB, including its affiliates and subsidies (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our services and/or by submitting personal data to the Varpsund Arena, you express your agreement to the processing of your personal data in the manner provided here and in the Terms and Conditions. THE DATA WE COLLECT

Your name, user name, mobile phone number and email address will be stored by the Company.

After you cease to be a registered in our services we will keep your information on our records for a limited period of time to enable us to respond to any queries that you may have. After this we will delete all of your information from our records, apart from any data that we are required to keep for legal purposes.
